First off, if anyone reads Bob's review so you know their hourly labor might be like $5 an hour more than Ryan's garage. They really actually care about you as a person. Also, both Ryan's Garage and Baldwin's will refer you to each other if they are "booked up" and you need service sooner than they can get you in. Baldwin's has excellent customer service, and one of the only shops I have ever come across that doesn't mind if you bring your own parts. They understand not everyone has the money for expensive repairs. Only thing is sometimes it takes days to get your car repairs finished. Only because they are so busy and popular.

I would like to know what Bob Callahan had priced out that he thought was so expensive, our prices are fair and competitive, we also carry a 2yr 24K warrenty on parts and labor

Can always rely on Baldwin's Garage to find the problem and get it fixed quickly. Had a lot of work done last summer and the wheel bearing replced this week. I will continue using Baldwin's Garage as they are reliable and efficient.

Good shops are hard to find. This place is great, nice people, honest quotes and quick turn around.

I wont take my vehicles anywhere else.
